About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Management Lead to support a large-scale separation/carve-out program. You will lead data governance, migration, quality, validation, and delivery activities across SAP and non-SAP environments while collaborating with Business, IT, Legal, Privacy, and Buyer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data governance and ownership frameworks
Define data scope, Minimum Viable Dataset (MVD), and migration strategy
Manage data discovery, assessment, and business workshops
Oversee data quality, cleansing, and validation activities
Coordinate data extraction, migration planning, and cutover readiness
Ensure compliance with GDPR, privacy, and data-sharing requirements
Drive business sign-offs and Day 1 data readiness
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Migration
Strong SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA knowledge
Experience with SAP Master Data, Transactional Data, and migration programs
Strong understanding of data quality and governance frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Nice to Have
Experience in carve-outs, separations, M&A, or divestitures
Knowledge of Syniti, SNP, Data Services, or similar tools
Understanding of SAP Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, or Maintenance processes
