We are partnering with a leading organisation seeking a SAP S/4HANA Delivery Lead to take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a major SAP transformation program. Working closely with the Senior SAP Solution Architect and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving successful project execution, ensuring delivery excellence, and translating solution strategy into practical outcomes.

About the Role

As the SAP S/4HANA Delivery Lead, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of SAP initiatives across the full project lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to deployment and transition.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with SAP architects, functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Translate SAP solution designs into clear delivery roadmaps and execution plans.
• Drive governance, reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee testing, cutover, deployment, and business readiness activities.
• Identify delivery risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous improvement across SAP delivery practices and methodologies.

About You

You will be an experienced SAP Delivery Lead / SAP Program Manager with a strong background delivering complex enterprise SAP transformations.

You will bring:

• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes, modules, integrations, and delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with Agile, SAP Activate, or other enterprise delivery methodologies.
• Ability to bridge the gap between SAP architecture, technical delivery, and business outcomes.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or related disciplines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or similar certifications highly regarded.
