Role Name: SAP EAM Master Data Specialist

Responsibilities:

Act as the focal point between the customer, site teams and remote delivery teams for SAP EAM master data services.

Create, change, validate and maintain functional locations, equipment, task lists, maintenance plans, measuring points, BOMs and linked documents.

Assess master data requests for completeness, technical accuracy, naming standards, hierarchy alignment and required approvals before execution.

Support SAP EAM data extraction, cleansing, upload, reconciliation, reporting and user acceptance testing.

Coordinate with Maintenance Planning, Reliability, Integrity, Projects, Operations and HSE teams to resolve data issues and clarify business requirements.

Monitor request turnaround, data quality and backlog KPIs; provide concise status reports and mentor users on master data change requirements.

Must Have Skills:

• Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation discipline
• 5-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance, preferably Upstream, Midstream or Refinery operations
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM / PM using SAP GUI and Fiori
• Strong knowledge of functional locations, equipment, task lists, maintenance plans, measuring points, BOMs and document links
• Experience creating, updating, validating and governing maintenance master data
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, data sheets, SLDs, work instructions and engineering documents
• Working knowledge of data quality, duplicate checks, naming standards, approval workflows and audit controls

Good to have Skills:

• Maintenance planning, reliability or operations experience
• SAP data migration, mass upload or data cleansing exposure
• Experience working with offshore and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of DataM8, Sphera or Power BI
