This senior leadership role requires deep SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance expertise, strong solution design capability and the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture for SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions.
- Define target-state processes and solution roadmaps.
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote SAP best-practice adoption.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure SAP solutions.
- Provide architecture leadership across maintenance, asset lifecycle management, planning and scheduling.
- Govern integrations with Materials Management, Finance, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, warehousing and external systems.
- Guide teams through design, build, testing and deployment.
- Manage solution risks, dependencies and architectural decisions.
- Extensive SAP experience with deep expertise in EAM and Plant Maintenance.
- Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect, SAP EAM Architect, SAP PM Lead or similar.
- Experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, work orders, preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle processes.
- Confident leading solution workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong ability to influence business, functional and technical teams.
- New Zealand citizenship

- Ability to work on-site in Wellington and handle sensitive information.
