We are looking for a SAP OTC EDI Analyst to support the SAP IT Center of Excellence in Wroclaw. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and support of Order-to-Cash (OTC) integrations across a global SAP S/4HANA landscape.
You will work on B2B/EDI integrations between SAP, Seeburger, TECCOM, and external trading partners, ensuring reliable and scalable customer integration processes across the EMEA region. The role combines business process understanding with technical SAP integration expertise, focusing on IDocs, message mapping, and end-to-end OTC flows.
Work mode: remote/hybrid - Wroclaw/ woj. dolnośląskie, Poland
Travel: Up to ~25% across EMEA

  • 2–5 years of experience in SAP OTC (manufacturing or distribution environment preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including: Order management, Deliveries, Billing, Customer master data
  • Hands-on experience with: SAP IDocs (configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting), Output management and integration architecture
  • Knowledge of EDI standards: EDIFACT, ANSI X12, ODETTE, GALIA
  • Experience with at least one B2B/EDI platform (nice to have): Seeburger, TECCOM, OpenText, Sterling
  • Understanding of: Message mapping, Electronic document exchange, End-to-end OTC process integration
  • Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
