SAP EWM Architect & Functional Lead - Contract

SAP EWM Architect & Functional Lead Two senior opportunities | Greenfield implementations | Large-scale SAP transformation

We’re looking for two senior SAP EWM professionals to join a major transformation program:

• One SAP EWM Architect
• One SAP EWM Functional Lead

Both roles will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, shape practical solutions, facilitate workshops and support successful delivery across design, configuration, documentation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand business, operational and functional requirements
• Lead SAP EWM solutioning and functional design activities
• Act as a functional expert and trusted advisor to key stakeholders
• Facilitate and support functional and solution workshops
• Create and validate end-to-end process maps
• Define scalable SAP EWM solutions aligned with business needs
• Prepare and review functional specifications, configuration documentation and test cases
• Perform or oversee SAP EWM configuration and unit testing
• Execute test cases and support broader testing activities
• Provide guidance to functional and technical team members
• Support solution governance, design assurance and key delivery decisions
• Provide clear input and updates to stream and program leadership
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value generation
• Work effectively across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery teams

Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of professional SAP or supply chain industry experience
• Strong SAP EWM functional, solution design or architecture experience
• At least 8 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience
• Experience across multiple greenfield SAP EWM implementations
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and end-to-end supply chain environments
• Proven experience leading functional teams, workstreams or solution design activities
• Strong SAP EWM configuration and documentation capability
• Experience working within Agile implementation methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead workshops, influence decisions and collaborate across teams

Highly Regarded

• SAP EWM automation experience
• SAP Transportation Management experience
• SAP Sales and Distribution experience
• SAP Materials Management experience
• Ability to debug SAP EWM
• Experience within FMCG, retail, logistics or process manufacturing environments
