SAP EWM Support Consultant

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year

Enterprise Wide is looking for an experienced SAP EWM Support Consultant to support and improve SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions for our customers.

The role includes providing Level 2 and Level 3 functional support, investigating and resolving incidents, monitoring system performance and supporting system enhancements, testing, upgrades, cutovers and hypercare.

You will manage critical and high-priority incidents, complete root-cause analysis, document solutions and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams. You will also work with SAP, third-party providers, consultants and developers to resolve more complex issues.

The position includes participation in an after-hours support roster, typically every second weekend between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
