As a SAP EWM/WM-Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities

- Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
- Overseeing the deployment of supply chain management software to enhance client operations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost management and operational excellence
- Facilitating demand forecasting and inventory management to improve supply chain performance
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
- Implementing process improvements for operational excellence
- Leading supply chain transformation initiatives
- Managing complex supply chain networks effectively
