SAP FI/CO Lead - (Buenos Aires Province/Argentina)
Share People Hub, in partnership with an industrial company, is seeking a FI/CO SAP Lead, to work on-site in Província de Buenos Aíres/Argentina.
🚀 Position Challenges | Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an SAP FI CO subject matter expert in S/4HANA projects and initiatives.
- Support the design, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FI CO solutions.
- Work with Argentine SAP localization, ensuring compliance with local financial and tax requirements.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other SAP functional teams.
- Support integration with other SAP modules and business processes.
- Contribute to project planning, issue resolution, testing, and go-live activities.
- Provide functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
🎯 Required Qualifications:
- Solid experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant/Lead.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience with SAP projects, preferably implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SAP Argentina Localization.
- Advanced/Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in international environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
➕ Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating functional teams or leading FI workstreams.
- Experience in multinational or global SAP implementations.
- Experience with S/4HANA transformation or ECC-to-S/4HANA migration projects.
- Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
- Experience with FSCM module.
