SAP FI CO PA Systems Analyst
Location: Cypress, California (Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) or Mason, Ohio (Hybrid, with occasional travel to Cypress, CA)
Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 (based on experience), plus 10% performance bonus potential
We are seeking an experienced SAP Systems Analyst to join our internal team within the manufacturing/industrial automation industry. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP Finance Accounting (FI) and Controlling-Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), along with a strong background supporting manufacturing environments. This role will analyze, design, and implement SAP FI & CO-PA solutions on the S/4HANA platform to optimize production operations and support broader business objectives. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned SAP FICO professional to take ownership of a critical finance function during an exciting period of business growth and system consolidation.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support
- Strong understanding of financial and management accounting in sales-and-distribution, service, and manufacturing environments
- Proven experience working with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions
- High proficiency in SAP FI & CO-PA configuration and customization within S/4HANA
- Experience integrating SAP FI & CO-PA with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, PS)
- Experience with Internal Orders and Product Cost Controlling
- Experience with Fixed Assets Accounting
- Banking data interface experience, including outgoing payments, lockbox, and bank statements
- Experience with employee expense report and payroll data interfaces
- Track record of successfully completed full life cycle implementations, migrations, and upgrades
- Demonstrated experience with system support, enhancements, and optimizations
- Light ABAP skills for analyzing and troubleshooting issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available; H-1B candidates will not be considered)
Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.
- SAP certification in FI & CO-PA modules

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI & CO-PA solutions
- Configure and customize the SAP FI & CO-PA module in S/4HANA to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, PS)
- Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP FI & CO-PA related issues
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FI & CO-PA processes and configurations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency
- Support the integration of additional business locations onto the SAP platform, including periodic travel to Maysville, KY and Mason, OH
