SAP FI (Financial Accounting) Consultant

Salary: $6,500 – $7,500 per month

Job Summary

Configure and optimize SAP ECC FI sub-modules to meet financial business needs. Analyze requirements, design solutions, conduct testing, deliver training, and support end-users while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure integrated system performance.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP ECC FI sub-modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA) to align with business requirements

• Analyze financial business requirements and translate them into detailed functional designs with best-practice recommendations

• Develop and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios to ensure system quality and functionality

• Prepare comprehensive training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide post-go-live support to resolve system tickets efficiently

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FI modules with Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and deploying SAP ECC FI modules

• Strong working knowledge of SAP FI processes and familiarity with SAP ECC FI modules

• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to effectively bridge Finance and IT functions
