SAP FI / JVA Support Engineer

Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱100,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI / Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) Consultant with 5+ years of experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining system stability, resolving functional issues, supporting financial operations, and ensuring timely incident resolution within SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP FI and JVA applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and production incidents.

• Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.

• Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, workflows, and data replication.

• Coordinate with SAP Basis, ABAP, Integration, and Security teams.

• Implement approved configuration changes and support minor enhancements.

• Prepare functional specifications and perform system testing.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing.

• Maintain process documentation and knowledge articles.

• Ensure timely incident resolution within agreed SLAs.

• Participate in on-call support as required.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in SAP FI.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).

• Experience in SAP production support and incident management.

• Knowledge of SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Understanding of financial accounting processes and integrations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• ITIL / ITSM processes.

• ServiceNow or similar incident management tools.

• Experience in financial closing activities.

Overall Experience: 2+ Years
