- 8+ years of overall professional experience in IT, or product delivery roles, ideally in complex global organizations
- 3 - 5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with proven ability to own and drive a product vision, translate business needs into product roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams
- 5+ years hands-on experience on SAP ERP FICO, exposure with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP system, with strong focus on SAP FI-MM integration, FI-AP, FI-APP modules
- Proven expertise in SAP FI and related financial processes (I2P, AP)
- Experience working with Basware or similar invoicing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimisation.
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
