Project description:
Join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and RISE migration program for a global retail organization. The project focuses on modernizing finance processes and systems within a complex international environment. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing SAP FI and R2R solutions, supporting integrations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive successful transformation initiatives.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP FI Consultant (Senior / Managing Consultant level)
- Strong expertise in SAP FI modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Tax
- Hands-on experience with R2R processes, including Document Splitting, Accruals, Residual Items, and Depreciation
- Practical knowledge of IDOC/ALE interfaces and integration troubleshooting
- ABAP debugging skills
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or migration project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP Build or Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of xSuite solutions
- Retail or other high-volume industry experience
- Experience working in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
