SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA Finance, with a focus on providing production support and managing incidents effectively. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and systems within our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO modules, addressing and resolving incidents in a timely manner. - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial processes with business objectives. - Manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and timely resolution of issues. - Assist in the implementation of SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ensuring best practices are followed. - Support various financial processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting. - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP FICO functionalities. Required Skills: - Strong expertise in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Experience in AMS and production support environments. - Proficient in incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis. - Knowledge of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
