Job Description: You'll join our SAP Finance team, working closely with the central FICO team, supporting day-to-day FICO operations, contributing to global rollouts, and helping drive our S/4HANA transformation.

Must-Have:

• Degree in Management Information Systems, Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Solid experience in SAP FI and CO, with several years across implementation and support
• Strong functional knowledge across key SAP Finance areas, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Travel Management and CO-PA
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration with MM, SD and PP, alongside end-to-end Finance and Controlling process knowledge
• Experience providing 2nd-level support and resolving Finance incidents in complex, integrated environments
• Proven experience leading or contributing to SAP Finance projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing and go-live
• Experience translating business requirements into AS-IS/TO-BE process designs, identifying gaps and defining sustainable solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive, structured and collaborative approach
• Fluent English, written and spoken, comfortable working in distributed, multicultural teams
• Availability to participate in international projects and travel when required

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and New General Ledger
• Experience with global SAP rollouts and/or M&A integration projects
• Knowledge of AI, analytics, or predictive accounting applied to Finance
• Experience working within Agile product teams or acting as an Agile Master
