SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, providing expert guidance on SAP FICO functionalities. - Configure and customize SAP FICO settings to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed. - Conduct testing and validation of SAP solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Provide training and support to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to the new system. - Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and enhancements, recommending improvements to existing processes. Required Skills: - Proven experience in SAP FICO and SAP FSCM. - Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and its implementation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
