Role Description
As an expert, you will lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions, translating business needs into robust designs, conducting fit-gap analysis and testing, and delivering end-user training and support. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, stay current on SAP best practices, and ensure seamless, high-impact project delivery that improves finance processes and business outcomes.
What you'll be doing
Providing expert-level support and hands-on configuration in SAP Finance & Controlling module
Analysing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions, including handling change requests (CR) and system enhancements
Conducting fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and system testing
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration
Participating in implementation projects, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives
Delivering end-user training and providing ongoing functional support
Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP developments and best practices
What we're looking for
minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP Consultant in the FICO module and have experience minimum 1 full cycle in SAP implementation project
Available for 1-year contract terms, with a possibility to be a permanent employee
Comprehensive understanding of SAP FICO functionality, including inventory management, purchasing, and materials planning
Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP solutions for clients across various industries
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for staying ahead of the curve in SAP technology and industry trends
