Our client, a global leader in engineering and industrial technology, is looking to hire a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join its international ERP Centre of Excellence. This is a permanent opportunity to work on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, collaborating with global teams and helping shape the future of digital finance processes.
The Role
As a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising SAP Finance solutions across a global organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, standardised ERP solutions while driving continuous process improvement.
Tasks
- Design, configure and implement SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions
- Support global SAP implementation and enhancement projects
- Identify opportunities to optimise finance processes using the latest SAP capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries
- Provide functional expertise, solution demonstrations and user support
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices within the team
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience delivering or supporting SAP ERP projects, including full lifecycle implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO
- Good understanding of integrations with other SAP modules
- Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
