Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling and hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects. The candidate should have experience in business requirement gathering, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Business Process Analysis

• Conduct workshops with business users to understand financial and controlling requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes (AS-IS) and design future processes (TO-BE).
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
• Identify gaps and recommend SAP standard solutions.

2. SAP FI Financial Accounting Configuration

• General Ledger Accounting (GL).
• Accounts Payable (AP).
• Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Asset Accounting (AA).
• Bank Accounting and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS).
• Automatic Payment Program (APP).
• Tax configuration (GST, TDS, withholding tax, as applicable).
• Foreign currency valuation and exchange rate differences.
• Financial closing activities and reporting.
• Intercompany accounting and reconciliation.

3. SAP CO – Controlling Configuration

• Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
• Internal Orders.
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Product Costing.
• Cost Element Accounting.
• Assessment and Distribution Cycles.
• Standard Cost Estimate and Material Ledger knowledge.

4. End-to-End Implementation Activities

• Participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects.
• Perform SAP configuration based on approved business requirements.
• Prepare configuration documents and functional specifications.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Support data migration and master data validation.
• Prepare cutover plans and support go-live activities.
• Provide post-go-live and hypercare support.
