SAP FICO Lead

Salary: 120-150k THB

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Lead to drive finance and controlling processes for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and ongoing operations across multiple manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery (SAP S/4HANA Implementation)

• Act as FICO Lead, working with internal IT teams and the implementation partner.
• Provide expertise in Finance, Product Costing, and local statutory/legal requirements.
• Share as-is process knowledge and existing ECC customisations to support to-be design.
• Perform functional acceptance testing, support data migration, and participate in blueprint workshops.
• Support change management, end-user training, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Ongoing Support & Optimisation

• Apply FICO expertise to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and resolve issues.
• Drive standardisation of the chart of accounts and financial framework across sites.
• Advise on and implement best practices in financial and management accounting (including KPI, budgeting, and control processes).
• Ensure smooth integration between FICO and other modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).
• Leverage new technologies (including AI) to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

General

• Own full SDLC activities for FICO: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare test scripts, configuration documents, end-user manuals, and training materials.
• Coordinate with module specialists, business users, and project stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates, and ensure successful delivery within scope and timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA FICO experience.
• At least 2–3 full implementation projects (consulting background preferred).
• Strong experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Multi-country implementation experience.
• Solid knowledge of GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Parallel Currencies, CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), Product Costing, Management & Statutory Reporting, and FICO integration with SD, MM, PP, and QM.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
