SAP FICO Manager / Senior Manager
Salary: $11,000 – $16,500 per month
About the role
We are urgently looking for an experienced SAP FICO Manager / Senior Manager to lead and deliver SAP Finance and Controlling solutions while supporting business growth and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP FICO functional expertise, proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle FI/CO implementations, and the ability to engage confidently with clients and business stakeholders. A strong SAP FICO professional who combines technical/functional expertise with leadership, business acumen, and client engagement skills. The successful candidate should be comfortable operating beyond pure delivery and be willing to contribute to presales, business development, and go-to-market activities.
Key responsibilities
Lead and deliver SAP FICO implementations across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise across SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
Lead functional teams and provide guidance to consultants throughout project delivery.
Support solution design, proposals, presentations, and presales activities.
Develop and present SAP FICO solutions to prospective and existing clients.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, solution enhancement, and business value creation.
Work closely with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Contribute to the organization's go-to-market strategy, business development, and growth initiatives.
About you
Strong hands-on SAP FICO functional experience.
Proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle SAP FI/CO implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling processes and business requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Strong business and go-to-market mindset.
Presales experience is highly preferred.
Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and work effectively in a consulting environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Confident in engaging directly with clients and presenting SAP solutions.
Experience working on Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical projects will be an added advantage.
