SAP FICO (RICEFW) Developer / Programmer

About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO customization, particularly across RICEFW objects, along with proven expertise in creating detailed Functional Specifications and collaborating with technical teams for custom developments.
Key responsibilities
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, etc.) to meet business requirements
Analyze business processes and design custom solutions involving Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW)
Draft comprehensive Functional Specifications (FS) and technical documentation for ABAP developers and technical teams
Partner closely with ABAP/technical developers throughout the development lifecycle, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment
Provide hypercare, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for SAP FICO functionalities
About you
Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP FICO implementation, rollout, or enhancement projects
Solid, demonstrable experience in designing and customizing RICEFW objects
Proven capability in authoring high-quality Functional Specifications from scratch
Strong understanding of ABAP concepts, debugging, and working with ABAP developers
Must be willing to work full onsite in Pasay City on a dayshift schedule
