As a SAP - FIN RTR - Manager / Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Directing the team through complexity, you will demonstrate composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations, contributing to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored SAP finance solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
- Collaborating with clients to improve financial reporting and achieve strategic objectives
- Managing large-scale projects, confirming timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial challenges and opportunities
- Directing teams through complex financial scenarios, maintaining composure in uncertain situations
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that align with client goals
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse teams to drive project success
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in financial management
- Confirming compliance with regulatory standards and financial reporting requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14-20 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP FI and SAP FICO
- Utilizing financial transformation strategies to drive business improvements
- Leading teams through complex financial reporting and analytics projects
- Applying analytical thinking to enhance financial forecasting and budgeting
