SAP Finance Lead Consultant
Summary
Leads SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects, designing and optimizing finance processes, migrating data, and guiding teams through go-live for GL, AP, AR, and CO modules.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead Consultant to lead Finance stream activities within SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, business process transformation, testing, data migration, and deployment across key finance areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP Finance workstreams during S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
Conduct business workshops and gather requirements.
Design and optimize finance processes and system solutions.
Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Provide functional leadership and stakeholder management.
Ensure adoption of SAP best practices and S/4HANA standards.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience as SAP FI/CO Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Subject Matter Expert.
Participation in at least 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
Proven experience in a mixture of the following areas: GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Controlling (CO)
SAP S/4HANA Finance related certification
Experience in business process analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent command of Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
Experience in large enterprise transformations.
