Job Description:

Requirements:

• Candidates must be in Mexico City (Expenses covered for any travel outside of Mexico City)

• Define and drive the SAP Finance product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio, aligning technology capabilities with business objectives across Accounting (Record to Report), Tax, Treasury, and Capex.

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements.

• Oversee Finance solution architecture, integrations, and connected platforms, challenging technical designs, estimates, and trade-offs to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

• Lead Product Managers, technology managers, and globally distributed teams, driving agile product management, delivery excellence, talent development, and succession planning.

• Drive complex global Finance transformation programs, managing implementation partners and system integrators to ensure technical quality, delivery commitments, and business outcomes.

• Own portfolio budgets, business cases, resource planning, and benefits realization, ensuring investments deliver measurable business value.

• Partner with executive business and IT stakeholders to establish product priorities, drive technology adoption, and enable responsible use of AI and emerging capabilities within enterprise governance and risk frameworks.

• Promote continuous improvement and innovation across SAP Finance capabilities, leveraging industry best practices, product management tools, and evolving SAP technologies to enhance business performance.
