SAP Functional Analyst – Q2C/O2C

Functions:
- Analyze and document AS-IS / TO-BE business processes.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Support Q2C/O2C processes including Order Management, Billing, AR, Credit & Collections.
- Develop end-to-end test scenarios and test cases.
- Lead or support UAT and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with Business, Finance, Product, and Technical teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis or related roles.
- Strong end-to-end Q2C/O2C knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA.
- Experience with functional testing and UAT.
- Strong requirements gathering and process documentation skills.
- Experience creating detailed test cases and process flows.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced English.
