Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking SAP Functional Consultant with a passion for growth and business transformation. Join our team and utilize SAP technology to configure, develop, deliver and support applications for our clients while leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe. Our clients are some of the world’s leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs. The SAP Functional Consultant will work with clients to understand their business requirements, and help design a solution, using their business process knowledge. They will assist clients in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Functionality. The goal is to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. The Functional SD/OTC Consultant is a procurement functional resource who will support the enhancement by implementing SAP SD Configuration and Pricing and Sales Order Management.


Duties and Responsibilities:


The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.


  • Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP SD module focusing on the Order to Cash / Pricing.
  • Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client’s business.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of full lifecycle, Systems Integration, SAP implementation experience
  • Knowledge skills and abilities in Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
  • SAP experience implementing SAP SD Configuration and Pricing and Sales Order Management.
  • Experience defining systems requirements, designing, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing business solutions.
  • Expertise in their area of SAP specialization and leverage this knowledge to design and develop client solutions.
  • Understanding of how actions taken in one area of their competence impact related areas and will understand, establish and manage the scope and quality of the areas of their responsibility.
  • Ability to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP SD module focusing on the Order to Cash / Pricing.
  • Experience using consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client’s business.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Required

Required Certifications:

  • No required certifications.
  • SAP, SAFe, CSM certifications desired.

Other:

  • Must be US Citizen
  • Must have Active DoD Secret clearance or Ability to Obtain it
  • Willingness to be on-site daily
