Summary
Configures and maintains SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and SAP S/4HANA integrations to process POS and e-commerce transaction data for federal retail and financial systems, ensuring audit readiness and data accuracy.
The work
The SAP GRC Consultant is responsible for the design and implementation of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities within an S/4HANA Greenfield environment. This role requires strong knowledge of Cybersecurity principles, SAP GRC functionality, and SAP Application Security. You will analyze, design, develop, and test GRC-related security components that ensure proper user access controls, user provisioning, and role design aligned with Segregation of Duties (SOD) protocols and Security Management standards. The GRC Consultant will define SOD structures and controls, ensuring that security policies are enforced and properly integrated across the system landscape. This position also requires collaboration with the Application Security Lead and Fiori Architect to define the SAP Fiori‑enablement Security Strategy. You will prepare and facilitate workshops and engage client stakeholders on topics related to SAP GRC and its impact on Fiori security models.
Key responsibilities:
• Design and implement SAP GRC functionality within the S/4HANA Greenfield environment.
• Analyze, design, develop, and test GRC security components.
• Provide user access controls, provisioning, and role design, development, and testing in accordance with SOD protocols.
• Define and maintain SOD structures, governance frameworks, and security controls.
• Collaborate with the Application Security Lead and Fiori Architect to define SAP Fiori‑enablement Security Strategy.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops focused on GRC and Fiori security impacts.
• Engage with client stakeholders to deliver best practices, guidance, and clarity around SAP GRC.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policy requirements, and organizational governance.
Here’s what you need:
• 4+ years of experience with SAP GRC, Cybersecurity fundamentals, and SAP Application Security
• Experience implementing SAP GRC in S/4HANA, preferably in Greenfield implementations
• Understanding of SOD structures, controls, and role governance
• Experience with SAP Fiori‑related security considerations and enablement strategies
Nice to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Relevant SAP certifications
Eligibility requirements:

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
