- Implementation, support, and optimization of SAP GTS solutions in international client environments
- Provision of expertise in SAP GTS Compliance Management and Customs Management processes
- Support of international rollout programs, cutover activities, and go-live phases
- Conducting requirements engineering activities and facilitating customer workshops
- Planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Delivery of technical consulting services and development of technical solution and design documentation
- Support and guidance of key users and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
- Root cause analysis, troubleshooting system issues, and validation of business-critical data
- Identification and implementation of process optimization opportunities in global trade, customs, and foreign trade operations
- Collaboration with international project teams, solution architects, developers, and business representatives
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS
- Proven experience in international implementation and rollout projects
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and workshop facilitation
- Solid understanding of UAT and SIT planning and execution
- Strong technical consulting and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
- Participation in full-cycle and diverse international projects
