Summary
This role is for a client-facing SAP HCM Functional Consultant and Business Analyst to support a 6-month enterprise implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, blueprinting, functional documentation, and system testing.
Salary: $110 – $135 per hour

A global services organisation has secured a significant program of work to deliver an SAP HCM solution for an enterprise client.
To augment their team, they are looking for client-facing Functional Consultants and Business Analysts with experience across:
SAP HCM full implementation lifecycle
SuccessFactors ECP integration experience is highly regarded
Facilitating discovery, requirements gathering and blueprinting workshops
Preparing functional specifications, process maps and solution design documents
System testing, UAT and defect resolution
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
The program is due to launch in late September / early October, with initial engagements offered as 6-month contracts.
