Integrate AI solutions with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and enterprise tools such as JIRA,

Confluence, e-mail and monitoring platforms using REST APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Develop backend services in Python and Java, and web user interfaces (chat, admin and

dashboard screens) in React/TypeScript

Clarify requirements with operations teams and business users, and translate manual

operational tasks into safe, automated and measurable workflows

Apply responsible-AI guardrails for production use: role-based access, human-in-the-loop

approvals, audit logging, output validation and fallback handling

Measure and improve AI quality using evaluation datasets, automated tests and monitoring of

accuracy, latency and cost

Design, develop and deliver AI agent applications from initial build through production rollout,

and own their ongoing support, maintenance and enhancement

Build LLM-powered capabilities such as conversational assistants, tool-calling agents, Retrieval-

Augmented Generation (RAG), solution recommendation and automated ticket

classification/assignment
