SAP Integration Consultant / Developer

We're looking for two experienced SAP Integration Consultants to join a large, established NZ organisation on an initial three-month contract, with the potential for extension.

These are hands-on technical development roles, suited to SAP integration specialists who enjoy designing, building and supporting integrations across complex enterprise environments.

You'll be joining a busy integration environment with a strong pipeline of work, supporting connectivity between SAP and non-SAP systems.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, developing and supporting integrations using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI and SAP Integration Suite.
• Building and maintaining interfaces connecting SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Developing integrations using APIs, IDocs, web services and middleware technologies.
• Troubleshooting integration issues, resolving defects and optimising existing interfaces.
• Working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
• Supporting ongoing integration development and enhancements across the SAP landscape.

What you'll bring

• Strong hands-on development experience with SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• Practical experience working with SAP Integration Suite.
• Solid understanding of integration architecture, interface design and middleware technologies.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, IDocs, data mappings and integration protocols.
• Demonstrated experience integrating SAP with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver within project timeframes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with technical teams.

We're specifically looking for hands-on SAP integration developers, rather than candidates whose experience is primarily in SAP functional consulting, testing or QA.
