What are your contributions to the team?
- Act as the primary liaison between BIS (IT) and Supply Chain stakeholders (Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, Transportation, and Supplier Relations), leading the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) solution domain across SAP and related applications.
- Support the deployment and evolution of SAP S/4HANA solutions, including the transition from legacy SAP and non-SAP platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, BIS teams, architects, and system integrators to define requirements and guide solution design.
- Lead the roadmap, standardization, integration, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain solutions.
- Support the delivery of projects, including effort estimation, planning, and coordination with business units, IT teams, and external partners.
- Review and approve solution designs and related documentation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and architecture.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and change management activities to support successful solution implementation.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT project delivery.
- You have strong end-to-end supply chain process knowledge, supported by SAP-enabled solution experience.
- You have procurement and supplier management experience, including sourcing, contracts, onboarding, collaboration, Ariba, and supplier quality.
- You have logistics and inventory experience, including warehouse operations, receiving, put-away, transportation, customs, and compliance.
- You have an understanding of supply chain financial integration, including invoice processing and GR/IR reconciliation.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP solutions and are proficient in at least two of the following SAP modules:
- Preferred SAP modules
o SAP MM – (Material Management, Procurement)
o SAP IM (Inventory management)
o SAP Ariba – (Procurement)
o SAP EWM – (Warehouse Management) - Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation is a strong asset.
- You possess strong leadership, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- You have the ability to work in both French and English.
