SAP LE Specialist

Job Purpose

We are looking for an SAP LE Specialist to join our Business Applications team and support our global logistics and warehouse management operations.

In this role, you will maintain and configure SAP WM and MM solutions, support EDI integrations, and work closely with business stakeholders, key users, end users, external partners, and IT colleagues. You will help translate operational supply chain requirements into reliable system solutions and contribute to continuous improvement across our global manufacturing network.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics processes and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement solutions in SAP WM and MM.
• Support warehouse workflows, inventory control, and logistics-related processes.
• Implement, test, and support EDI integrations with customers and vendors.
• Analyze IDoc processing and resolve system or integration issues.
• Read and debug ABAP programs to support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
• Prepare training materials and deliver system and process training to users.
• Participate in global, cross-functional projects related to supply chain and customer service.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementations and other system integration initiatives.

Skills & Technical Competences & Behaviors

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• 3+ years of practical SAP experience involving WM, MM, and EDI integration.
• Good knowledge of SAP IDoc processing logic.
• Understanding of SAP integrations with other modules and external systems.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to connect business and technical perspectives.
• A collaborative and flexible approach to working across countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Willingness to travel internationally for up to 20% of your working time.
