SAP Master Data Governance Consultant

Job Description :We are looking for an SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant with experience in SAP MDG and data migration. The role involves supporting business transformation projects, designing master data solutions, configuring SAP MDG, and executing data migration activities across SAP environments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and consulting skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities :Design and deliver business transformation solutions, including master data governance strategies, process assessments, and target operating models.
Configure and implement SAP MDG solutions, including workflows, business rules, data models, and related SAP components.
Develop and execute data extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, and loading activities using SAP BODS, LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, ABAP, or Syniti tools.
Conduct data migration mock conversions, resolve issues, and support production data loads for SAP and SAP S/4HANA projects.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to manage stakeholder relationships, meet project milestones, and deliver quality solutions.
At least 2 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP data migration.
Knowledge of SAP MDG architecture, data models, Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI), ABAP, workflows, BRF, and FPM.
Experience with SAP BODS, SQL, data mapping, transformation, extraction, and validation.
Knowledge of SAP migration tools such as LSMW, SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC), ABAP programs, or Syniti ADM.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, Science, or a related field.
Experience in SAP MDG implementation and master data migration projects.
Familiarity with SAP tables, data objects, mock conversions, and production data loads.
Consulting experience or exposure to internal projects is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment.
Willingness to travel when required.
