At PwC, we're growing one of the leading SAP consulting practices in our global network. Our multidisciplinary teams bring together deep SAP expertise across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital and Business Change, complemented by Data, AI and Cloud capabilities, working alongside specialists from across PwC to help clients deliver complex business transformation programmes.
Our team partners with some of the world's leading organisations to deliver complex, multinational SAP transformation programmes spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital and business adoption. We're proud of the collaborative culture we're building - one where people are encouraged to share ideas, challenge thinking, develop others and succeed together. We're looking for leaders who enjoy solving clients' most complex business challenges, building trusted client relationships, developing high-performing teams and shaping the future of our practice.
Our people have the opportunity to lead major transformation programmes, influence the future of our practice and develop long-term relationships with some of the world's leading organisations. We're looking for people who want to help build one of the market's leading SAP consulting practices…not simply join one.
Whether you're leading a global transformation programme, developing the next generation of consultants, shaping a major client pursuit or bringing innovative SAP and AI-enabled solutions to clients, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one.
If you're looking for a career where you can combine deep SAP expertise with leadership, innovation and business transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
What your days will look like:
- Support the design and delivery of Procurement and Materials Management transformation across complex SAP S/4HANA programmes, working alongside Solution Architects and Senior Managers to help clients modernise procurement, inventory and supplier-facing processes.
- Work with Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP-enabled solutions across Materials Management.
- Design, build and deploy SAP MM solutions across requisitioning, purchasing, source determination, purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, subcontracting, consignment, stock transfers, service procurement, inventory management, invoice verification and valuation, aligned to SAP best practice and clean-core principles.
- Own the design of key MM integration points across Finance, PP, QM, EWM/WM, SD, Ariba/SAP Business Network and Master Data, including MRP-driven procurement, goods receipt, quality inspection, warehouse hand-offs, account determination, GR/IR clearing, invoice verification and stock valuation.
- Lead MM master data design activities, working closely with business data owners and the Data stream to define data ownership, standards, cleansing rules, enrichment requirements and validation approach across procurement, inventory and valuation processes.
- Collaborate with Business Change, Supply Chain, Data, AI and Cloud specialists to deliver integrated transformation outcomes across procurement and supply chain operations.
- Help clients explore how SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent technologies can improve procurement efficiency, inventory optimisation, supplier collaboration and operational performance.
- Support business development through client workshops, discovery engagements, proposals and solution demonstrations.
- Coach junior consultants whilst continuing to develop your own SAP Procurement, consulting and leadership capability.
The role is for you if:
- You have experience delivering Procurement and Materials Management transformation as part of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes.
- You have strong functional expertise across SAP MM, including requisitioning, purchasing, source determination, inventory management, material master, supplier master, valuation, invoice verification and procurement operations.
- You understand the master data dependencies that enable effective Procurement and Materials Management processes.
- You have experience working with business data owners and Data teams to design, cleanse, validate, migrate and reconcile MM master data and open procurement transactional data.
- You can facilitate fit-to-standard design discussions, challenge unnecessary customisation and translate procurement, supply chain and finance requirements into practical SAP-enabled solutions.
- You understand SAP Procurement best practices, clean-core principles and the latest innovations, including SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent procurement capabilities.
- You enjoy working with Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to solve business challenges and improve procurement performance.
- You enjoy taking ownership of workstreams, mentoring junior consultants and developing your consulting and leadership capability.
- You're collaborative, commercially minded and motivated by helping clients modernise procurement and supply chain operations whilst building your own consulting career.
