SAP MDG Solution Architect
Summary
Design and govern SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions for a large enterprise transformation, ensuring compliance and seamless integration across customer, vendor, and intercompany domains.
We're looking for an SAP MDG Solution Architect to join our team in Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will act as an in-house solution architect within a multi-vendor, multi-country enterprise transformation program. You will provide overall governance for SAP MDG solution design, oversee integrations across customer, vendor and intercompany domains and ensure full compliance with SAP governance principles. This position requires working closely with multiple Scrum teams, project leads and business stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and validate future-state master data governance processes for a large-scale SAP transformation program
- Provide overarching governance for SAP MDG solution architecture across modules and integration scenarios
- Lead process reengineering efforts, introduce governance workflows and enforce data quality standards
- Propose MDG solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP governance principles
- Oversee configuration of MDG domains (Customer, Vendor, Intercompany) and ensure seamless system integration
- Collaborate with multiple delivery teams, including Scrum squads, OCM specialists and vendor partners to ensure precise execution
- Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring that designs follow enterprise architecture guidelines and regulatory expectations
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP MDG functional and architectural domains
- Proven capability in data governance frameworks, master data processes and regulatory compliance considerations
- Strong knowledge of finance, vendor management, supply chain and intercompany business processes
- Experience operating in multi-vendor, distributed team environments for large-scale ERP implementations
- Ability to translate complex business needs into robust MDG solutions and workflows
- Practical experience in Scrum/Agile delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management, strong communication and leadership skills in global programs
