SAP MDM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDM Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management to support and maintain enterprise master data processes in an SAP AMS environment. The consultant will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support, managing master data governance processes, resolving production issues, supporting data quality initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of master data across SAP and non-SAP applications

• Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Master Data Management processes in an AMS support model.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and problem tickets within agreed SLA timelines.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support creation, maintenance, validation and governance of master data across business domains.
• Manage change requests, enhancements and data process improvements.
• Support business users in resolving master data-related issues affecting business operations.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, consistency and compliance across systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure accurate master data management.
• Support data migration, data cleansing and data harmonization initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces, workflows, enhancements and custom developments.
• Participate in testing, release management, deployment and post-production support.
• Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, KT documents and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, audit requirements and ITIL support processes.
