SAP MM Consultant
Summary
Designs and configures SAP MM Procure-to-Pay and Inventory solutions in S/4HANA, writes ABAP specs, and integrates with third-party systems.
We are seeking a Technical SAP MM Consultant to design, configure, and integrate Procure-to-Pay (PtP) and Inventory Management solutions within global SAP S/4HANA environments. You will bridge functional requirements with technical execution, working closely with business teams and ABAP developers.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Technical Design: Configure core SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, LIV) and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Integrations & Customizations: Design interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, OData APIs) connecting SAP MM with third-party systems (e.g., Ariba, WMS) and define specs for custom ABAP enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits, Workflows).
Testing & Support: Conduct technical testing (SIT, UAT support), troubleshoot complex system/interface issues, and optimize solution performance.
Governance: Ensure technical solutions adhere to security, data protection, and SAP best practices.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of technical experience in SAP MM with at least one full S/4HANA lifecycle implementation.
Technical Skills: Hands-on MM configuration, deep knowledge of ABAP debugging, BAPIs, IDocs, Enhancements, and S/4HANA Business Partner concept.
Integration Expertise: Proven track record in MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP/WM, and external procurement tools.
Language: Professional working proficiency in English.
