As a SAP MM Manager you will lead client support work within our Advisory practice, focusing on SAP Procurement solutions that help clients streamline purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory processes. As a Manager you will motivate and develop team members, manage performance across workstreams, and guide delivery of complex implementation and support efforts while using sound judgment and a clear understanding of business needs. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will oversee project execution, validate deliverables, and bring together SAP knowledge, client service, and team coaching to support seamless use of business applications.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Procurement workstreams across client engagements, aligning implementation activities with business needs and project timelines
- Managing SAP MM configuration, enhancement, and support activities to streamline purchasing, supplier, contract, and inventory processes
- Guiding team members through planning, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities for SAP procurement solutions
- Reviewing process requirements and system design to identify gaps, dependencies, and integration points across source-to-pay activities
- Coordinating with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solution designs
- Overseeing data validation, migration support, and cutover tasks tied to procurement system implementations and upgrades
- Applying knowledge of SAP Ariba, supplier relationship management, spend analysis, and vendor management to support solution delivery
- Coaching junior staff on delivery methods, technical standards, and the use of SAP tools and accelerators
- Monitoring project progress, budget, and deliverables while addressing issues that may affect scope or timeline
- Identifying opportunities to improve procurement workflows, user adoption, and operational efficiency through technology and process redesign

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
- Demonstrating SAP MM leadership across client service projects
- Managing source-to-pay transformations and procurement process design
- Leading teams through SAP Ariba and supplier network implementations
- Coaching junior practitioners in SAP procurement delivery
- Applying analytical thinking to complex system interactions
- Delivering planning, budgeting, and project execution accountability
