SAP MM Subject Matter Expert
About the Role:
Our client is expanding its global SAP Competence Center in Wroclaw and is looking for a SAP MM SME.
You will own the global procurement, inventory, and logistics execution (MM/IM/LE) landscape for an international pharma group. You’ll optimize processes, lead site rollouts, and coordinate our external support partners as we undergo our S/4HANA transformation.
What You’ll Do:
Lead SAP MM: Design, configure, and optimize procurement and inventory processes (batch management, shelf-life, goods movements).
Manage Support: Act as the 2nd level owner. You will coordinate with our external 3rd-level support partners to resolve complex issues (no ticket-churning; you manage the vendor).
Drive Projects: Lead full-lifecycle implementations, S/4HANA rollouts, and system enhancements using Jira and SolMan (ChaRM).
Support the Business: Build, train, and mentor a global community of SAP Key Users to improve on-site troubleshooting.
Keep it Compliant: Ensure all materials and logistics processes comply with strict GxP and validation (CSV) standards.
What We Look For:
5+ years of hands-on SAP MM/IM/LE experience, with at least one full lifecycle implementation.
Experience in a regulated GxP environment (Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences is highly preferred).
Skills & Certs: SAP MM certification is required. Good knowledge of procurement, MRP, SolMan, and Jira. S/4HANA, WM, or EWM experience is a big plus.
Language: Fluent English (C1).
