• Solution Design: Design SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions and define inbound, outbound, and internal processes.
• System Integration: Align warehouse operations with production, logistics, and procurement, ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Configuration: Hands-on setup of warehouse structures (storage types, bins, handling units) in embedded or decentralized environments.
• Automation & RF: Implement RF processes, wave management, labor management, and integrate automation like conveyors or robotics.
• Project Leadership: Lead workshops, define workstream scopes, coordinate data migration, and support testing/go-live activities.
• Performance Optimization: Leverage S/4HANA analytics to improve throughput, space utilization, and KPI visibility.

• English Level: Advanced/Fluent (Mandatory).

• Experience: 8+ years of SAP EWM expertise including both ECC and

S/4HANA.

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in Manufacturing (Required).

Experience in the Automotive industry is a strong plus.

• Technical Mastery: * Deep knowledge of Handling Unit Management and

RF/Mobile data entry.

o Strong understanding of Warehouse Automation and integration with

SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM).

• Implementation History: Successful delivery of 1–2 full lifecycle

implementations.

• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the

ability to facilitate workshops for cross-functional teams.
