Job Overview
Seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with strong SAP HCM/ECP expertise to support payroll configuration, operations, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, gross-to-net processing, and AMS or outsourced payroll delivery, particularly for Turkey, Germany, and France.

Key Requirements

• Strong SAP Payroll (HCM/ECP) configuration and support experience.

• Expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, factoring, and average processing.

• Experience with payroll testing, result validation, and monthly payroll operations.

• Knowledge of France and Turkey payroll localization, statutory compliance, and labor regulations.

• Understanding of PIT and ACTIO rules, processing classes, and Turkish incentive laws (No. 4691 and 5746).

• Experience supporting multiple clients in an AMS or outsourced payroll environment.

• Multi-country payroll experience preferred.
