SAP PP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant to support and enhance Kia MX manufacturing operations. The consultant will be responsible for system support, incident analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP PP landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP PP expertise, manufacturing business knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and a proactive customer-service mindset.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP PP experience, including implementation, rollout, support, or enhancement projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in an automotive or high-volume production environment is highly desirable.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) in a multinational environment.

• Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams and business users.

Technical Knowledge

SAP Expertise: Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions)

• SAP PP (Production Planning)

• Demand Management

• MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

• Production Execution and Shop Floor Control Processes

• Production Orders

• Integration with SAP MM, WM/EWM, QM, PM, and FI/CO

• Interfaces

• Business Knowledge: Manufacturing Processes, Production Planning & Scheduling, Logistics & Supply Chain Concepts, Inventory Management

• SAP PP Certification.

• Experience with SAP S4HANA Manufacturing.

• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of SAP MES integration and production interfaces.

• Experience participating in global support or regional support organizations.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge.

• Project management experience.

• SCM Period end processes experience.

• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing standards and best practices.
