SAP Programme Manager

Our customer is embarking on one of its most significant technology programmes – upgrading its SAP platform.

We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead this enterprise-wide transformation through to successful delivery. The programme's purpose is to deliver a fully supported SAP platform by late 2027 while maintaining business continuity throughout the journey.

This is a high-profile role where you'll lead a complex programme involving SAP, vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders. Success will depend as much on your ability to build confidence, influence stakeholders and lead change as it will on your programme delivery expertise.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience leading a large-scale enterprise ERP implementation or upgrade (SAP experience highly desirable)
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and change leadership skills
• Strong governance, planning, risk and vendor management experience
• Experience delivering complex technology programmes with multiple workstreams and executive-level reporting

You'll inherit an experienced delivery team including SAP Business Analysts, an Architect, Change Manager and a SAP Partners.

Location - This role is based in a North Island region so there will be travel to the customer site on a weekly / fortnightly basis with the rest of the work being done remotely.
