SAP Project Manager
Summary
Project manager for SAP-related projects in Jakarta: builds and tracks project plans, manages deliverables, risks, budgets, and status reporting across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. Requires 12+ years of experience, strong English, and current residence in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, organize, and manage project plans, including execution and tracking of deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.
- Partner with Customer Directors and Senior Managers on key projects, logistics, budgets, communications, and team engagement.
- Prepare project status reports and executive briefings for senior leaders and various stakeholder groups.
- Support the development and launch of training programs and other team initiatives.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date insights into relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project management and SAP-related projects.
- Strong English communication skills and currently residing in Indonesia.
- Experience working in a high-tech multinational company.
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, tracking, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in setting up new business entities in the APJC region is preferred.
