Job Description Must have: Skills / Knowledge / Experience Must Have Proficient in use project management tools and techniques Jira, MS Project, Agile, Scrum. Must Have Ability to lead a project team (ERP/IT implementation) of varying sizes. Must Have 8-10 years experience as Project Manager (2-3 full cycle SAP implementations). Must Have Experience setting up project governance and leading steering committee meetings. Must Have Demonstrable leadership and managerial skills, the ability to establish and maintain relationships with client leadership. Must Have Experience with managing project financials the commercial and contractual aspects of projects. Must Have Proficient level in Microsoft Office Tools – PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams. Must Have Basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security standards, and technology solutioning is beneficial. Must Have Experience working with IT implementation partners. Must Have Industrial manufacturing industry experience desirable. Must Have Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must Have Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional IS team. Must Have Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Must Have Ability to travel within India, as required. Main Responsibilities (Give 6 to 8 main areas of work. State what is to be done –to what - the end result e.g. Develop, agree and implement detailed sales plans to increase market share in Europe): Must Have Support the creation of project business case and cost plan Must Have Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Must Have Identify and manage project risks and issues. Must Have Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Must Have Maintain project documentation and records. Must Have Lead project steering committee meetings and porject operational meetings/ workshops. Must Have Manage relationships and engagment with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Must Have Ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget. Must Have Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments Scope of the job (give details of nature and scope of role) Info As a Project Manager in the Manufacturing Rollout Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of our VTSAP template across a number of areas of the business. This involves coordinating with different teams, such as developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget. Info Your main duties will include creating business cases, project plans, and timelines, monitoring progress, identifying and coordinating mitigation of risks, and communicating with clients and team members. Additionally, you will be expected to assess the project's success and provide recommendations for future improvements. Mission/Purpose of the Job (one or two sentences that sum up the reason the job is needed): Info The project manager together with the Manufacturing rollout manager are responsible for overseeing all aspects of SAP ECC project implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. You will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and partners, to ensure that project objectives are met and that the project is delivered to the highest standards. Your role will involve coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring that project deliverables are aligned with business goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, preparing and presenting regular status updates to the Operational and Steering Committes.
