SAP Project Manager – Retail
Salary: RM 10,000 – RM 12,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP projects for a leading organisation in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven exposure to the Retail industry.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, transformation and enhancement projects
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources and deliverables
Coordinate SAP functional/technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors
Drive project governance, steering committee meetings and status reporting
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
Ensure successful delivery according to business requirements and quality standards
Work closely with senior management and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
About you
Extensive experience in SAP Project Management
Ideally 15+ years of SAP project management experience; candidates with fewer years may be considered if they have strong relevant Retail experience
Proven experience delivering SAP projects for Retail clients
At least 2 recent SAP projects/engagements within the Retail sector is highly preferred
Strong experience managing large-scale SAP implementations or transformation programmes
Excellent stakeholder, vendor and team management skills
Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle, governance and delivery methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Candidates with Singapore project experience will have an advantage
