SAP Project Manager - S/4 HANA Platform

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in managing SAP implementation, transformation, upgrade and rollout projects. The ideal candidate should possess functional knowledge of Procurement and Finance processes, with hands-on experience delivering large-scale SAP programmes across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Finance domains.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, engaging with business stakeholders, managing project governance and ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, rollout and transformation projects.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and resource planning.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand Procurement and Finance requirements.

- Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and process improvements.

- Oversee delivery of S2P, P2P, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Finance-related solutions.

- Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, integration and testing teams.

- Manage stakeholder communication and executive-level project reporting.

- Establish project governance, change management and risk mitigation strategies.

- Ensure adherence to Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

- Manage vendors, implementation partners and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP project delivery, including implementation, transformation, upgrades and rollouts.

- Strong functional understanding of Procurement and Finance processes.

- Hands-on project delivery experience across S2P, P2P and Finance domains.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.

- Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management and resource management skills.

- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.

- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
